What's the best walking program for weight loss? There's really no best walking program for weight loss that fits every single person's lifestyle. The best walking program for weight loss is the program that is flexible. Today, people walk less than they did 50 years ago. With more cars and TV and movies and computers, etc., people sit more than they have to go walking anywhere. An exercise plan or program is something that has to consciously put into your everyday routine now. Fifty years ago people went walking everywhere and exercise wasn't that important, in fact fifty years ago there probably would never have been an article about best walking program for weight loss because walking and exercise was part of every day life of getting from here to there and planting a garden and doing yard work and walking to the neighbors or walking to the store. Now, you get in the car to go to the store or to the neighbors, even if it's just around the block.
More people live in apartments, town-homes, condos, etc., where walking longer distances is never part of life. So, now we have the best walking program for weight loss and all sorts of other exercise and weight loss programs and pills and weight loss supplements. So, how do you know what the best walking program for weight loss or the best exercise program for weight loss to choose? Here are some points to follow in building your own best walking program for weight loss:
